The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC / TGIIC) develops and allots industrial plots, sheds and land across 150+ industrial parks (including sector-specific parks for IT, biotech, pharma, textiles, medical devices and automotive) under the Land Allotment Regulations 2012. Applications up to 5 acres and/or land value up to ₹100 lakh are decided by the District Industrial Promotion Committee; larger ones by the State Level Allotment Committee. Reserved-category entrepreneurs receive land cost rebates and preferential allotment (5% of plots in new industrial parks reserved for women, 15% for SC/ST, with up to 50% land cost subsidy).

Under the Telangana Innovation Policy, DPIIT/State-recognised startups registered with the Telangana Innovation Cell receive fiscal incentives — reimbursement of SGST, marketing cost reimbursement, recruitment assistance (₹10,000 per local hire), an 80% rebate on patent filing fees and 50% rebate on trademark filing fees, self-certification, and a performance grant of 5% of annual turnover (subject to ₹10 lakh) for startups recording 15% year-on-year growth within three years of incorporation. Incubators receive lease/rental subsidy, stamp duty reimbursement, internet reimbursement (up to ₹2.5 lakh per annum for 3 years) and capital expenditure reimbursement.

WE HUB, India's first state-led incubator for women entrepreneurs (Department of IT, Electronics & Communications, Government of Telangana), provides pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration support, mentoring, credit linkage, and facilitation of government schemes/subsidies to women-led enterprises (women holding at least 51% stake). Support is non-cash facilitation plus access to grant/seed programmes; women-led startups also qualify for the fiscal incentives under the state startup policy.
